Tam Viet conducted 13 training courses on “Leadership and Communication Skills” for Youth Union Leader of Quang Ninh

From March 3rd to 16th 2009. Tam Viet Group conducted thirteen consecutive “Leadership and Communication Skills” for Youth Union of Quang Ninh. The participants were young leaders from communes, groups, towns of Quang Ninh.

The course aimed to improve participants’ communication skills. After the course, participants will know how to create friendly environment to attach union’s members. Besides, participants will learn more skills on crowd leading, helping leaders to complete their rolls at work. The program was done by facilitators Lê Anh Sơn, Nguyễn Bảo Ngọc, Nguyễn Văn Lâm and Ngô Minh Ngọc. Information on specific classes will be updated on Tam Viet website.
