From 3-5/11/08, “Effective Communication and Listening Skills” training course for Staffs of Vinashin was conducted by 2 trainers from Tam Viet Group: Mr. Nguyen Khac Hieu and Mr. Giang Phu Cuong.
Vinashin was founded in 2001. Nowadays, Vinashin is one of the top companies in Vietnam in supply interior for ship field. To win many domestic and oversea customers by international level quality of services, Vinashin attaches special importance to invest in human resource.
Nearly 40 Staffs of Vinashin joined the course. They are young, talent, enthusiastic and they are going to be leaders of company in near future. It is so important to give them soft skills to manage work and labor.
The course was taken place ebulliently at the first day. Students apply lessons which were get from excises, events in “Communication and Listening Skills” module to collect information professionally and actively (include face to face skills and telephoning skills). They got communication skills, teamwork skills to create deep impressions in their customers.
In addition, “Customer service Skills” module was added in course to help them to have customer care skills following their expectation. That will help Vinashin to maintain and develop domestic and oversea customer network.
