“Professional communicative skills” training for tellers from Techcombank

On Feb. 11th 2009, Tam Viet Group together with HSB Business Management Department and Techcombank organized a “Professional communicative skills” course for new staffs and tellers of Techcombank in Training Center, 83 Truong Chinh st.

The training course was 2 day long with 37 participants. The course was conducted by Dr. Phan Quoc Viet – Chairman and General director of Tam Viet Group, Dean of Business Management Department of Nguyen Trai University.

The contents through the course delved into communicative skills with colleagues, clients and in normal life following service star model. Using Structured Learning Experience, participants had more opportunities to practice in doing exercise, playing game, group discussing… therefore they can draw out the lesson for themselves.

On the first day of the training course, by using lots of games, stories, exercises… the course had a very friendly atmosphere. And by using service star model, participants had an overview in caring and communicating schedule.

When being asked about the feeling after the first day, all participants felt good, effusively and closely, promising a successful course.
